A wedding in a holiday home is a perfect option, especially for smaller weddings. All the guests can enjoy everything in one place: the ceremony, the celebration and the stay before and after the wedding.
Mediterranean specialties
Usually, foreign couples like to try local specialties. That’s how it was this time as Istrian and Mediterranean dishes dominated. We served a homemade carceturie board as an appetizer. They contained the best of what Istria has to offer: cheese, prosciutto, sausages with the addition of fruit and nuts…
Prawn risotto with shrimp was served as one of the specialties. The guests at the wedding were especially happy with this dish, which was in a way the star of the evening.
The evening could not pass without one of the most famous white fish on the Adriatic. The sea bass was served with vegetables and potatoes.
We also made a specialty for lovers of good food, namely beef cheeks. They pleasantly surprised those present who had not had the chance to try them until now.
Sweet table
Rarely does a wedding go by without a sweet table. They usually serve a couple of types of cakes, which was also the case here. Our confectioners prepared tiramisu in a glass, fruit baskets with berries and princess donuts.
Wedding in Istria was magnificent. Thanks to our couple and their guests for a great time.
